Since I'm studying Personality Theories ...

Some characteristics might overlap each other, but there is a dominant one usually.
To me, there's no one fixed personality, because they changes depending on environment/situation.
This where non-self kicks in, so I don't usually say " I'm a (insert characteristics) person ".

Don't understand what I'm trying to say? take your time to digest it.

good thing that you post up bout personality...
you have to know more if you studied abnormal psychology...
is much stuffer than personality...

To be honest, I took at elective paper in psychology but had to drop it because I find psychology and Buddhism to be totally different (that time was learing the suttas and I was a beginner). I hope you will not have the same problem as me. Psychology looks for the cause- a lot of times at external factors but not really on solutions. Buddhism looks at the solutions from within.

So how do you find Buddhism and Psychology now? What suttas did you studied?
