It Has Been A Year ...

since I'm studying at UCSI University ... I've been forcing myself to sleep on the bed that i've made. I would actually prefer studying about Health & Fitness and Sports Science. But, whatever now ...

Every end of a semester, getting to strike off the subjects with red highlighter makes my heart rate goes very high, excited to get all strike off and then graduate with my BA(Hons)Psychology.

Hueahuhea ... 1 year to go baby ... 1 year !!

Hi yapyap,

If you did not study form 6, you will be required to go through A-Levels or any other Pre-U foundation.

If you are interested with UCSI or HELP University College, you may choose to go through their Foundation studies which takes 1 year to complete.

IMU has a higher entry requirement if I'm not mistaken - including an interview.

Personally, considering there is not many choices when it comes to studying Psychology in Malaysia - it all depends on your attitude towards education for a good quality education :)

Helo yapyap, Im Jason's friend, also Psychology student. Dont mind if I say something. As I know New Era's course is in Chinese. Whether you think it's useful for you anot it depends. The thing I want to say is, you can get loan from PTPTN for degree, don't think so much on the cost. Get some place where you will not regret studying in =) Good luck.

Vivian, thank you for sharing your thoughts here :D

yapyap - Vivian is right, there is always PTPTN loan that you can apply, just do well in your studies every semester, you might qualify for scholarship as well.

Alternatively, you may also try taking a Diploma course in Psychology to see if you like the course or not. SEGI has Diploma in Psychology, while TAR College offers Diploma in Social Science (Counselling) which will also lead you to Psychology degree pathway if you decided to continue your degree.

The cheapest Psychology Degree course that I know of now is UTAR :)

All the best to you and please feel free to ask more if you need to know anything :)
